7/1/25 – “One Surgeon’s Experience With the Resistance” Dr. Jason Hiles
Dr Hiles’ presentation was amazing, inspiring, and challenging for all of us as he spoke about his vision to be a missionary surgeon in difficult places via a journey of first serving our country in the US Army, retiring as a COL as a surgical oncologist, and then standing up his non-profit organization 4 Winds Professional Guild, and eventually ending up serving Christians and ‘the church’ in Myanmar (Burma) in areas that are restricted and dangerous.
The Lord provided various partnerships, including work with Free Burma Rangers, clandestinely entering Myanmar to help the Karin people near the border, operating in the jungle, in caves, in whatever areas that are accessible.

If you would like to learn more about him this is the website for his non-profit: https://4wguild.org. His direct email is: first4wpg@icloud.com

THANK YOU for coming on January 30 despite the weather and roads.  Many of us were so encouraged by the fellowship of fellow medical professionals of faith.

I’ve heard from so many of you that you felt it was a fantastic evening with good food and more importantly, a GREAT speaker!  We were so honored to have Dr Larimore speak and share lessons learned about resilience based on his WWII hero dad’s experience.

Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching. ~ Hebrews 10:23-25

To Him Be The Glory,
Tony, Shay, & Rober
