Glen Eyrie, outside Co. Springs
This gathering at Glen Eyrie, from Thursday evening to Sunday morning, February 25-28, 2027, is a slow-paced retreat for physicians and their spouses and singles. It focuses on generational and biblical discipleship, strengthening relationships with God, family, and others, rather than being a medical conference.
The Retreat’s beautiful setting highlights God’s creative and imaginative power. Past attendees have found a restful pace that encourages deepening relationships with the Lord and others.
Tired of constant activity? Need time to pause, think, and rest alone or with your spouse and God? Want to engage in prayer about upcoming deep decisions regarding faith, life, and discipleship, even with other Christ-following physicians? Interested in re-examining Matthew
28:18-20 in the context of real life in today’s world? This retreat may provide the space and means to address these questions.
The three evenings are spent together worshiping the Lord in song and teaching from God’s Word. Friday and Saturday mornings have smaller practical workshops and small groups. Friday afternoon is free (yes, free — when was the last time you had a scheduled afternoon with
nothing to do?). And Saturday afternoon is set aside for some hours of solitude with the Lord, which many previous attendees have found to be their highlight of the weekend.
